Joe Rothchild

I have been in the real estate industry for 40 years. My change from RE/MAX to Keller Williams Signature Realty occurred in April 2010 and it wasn’t a decision that I made lightly. Since the change, the number of agents in our Market Center has nearly quadrupled! I am honored to be the Majority investor! With regard to Rothchild Properties, LTD, I couldn’t be happier with what we have accomplished together. My team has been number 1 in the world 3 years in a row, number 1 for at least 10 years through the Houston Business Journal and recognized as the number 1 Keller Williams team. Of course, we couldn’t accomplish this every year without Houston’s great sellers and buyers and builders! The market is finally showing signs of growth, even as we roll through this pandemic! The changes in the industry have been both necessary and exciting and they have been for the better for all of us. I still believe that Houston is one of the best places to live and work… especially when it comes to buying and selling homes. You can still get a great sized home for a very competitive price. But my life isn’t just work, work, work… everyone needs to relax and I have found my release through participating in charitable events around the Houston area. For many years, I have taken part in the MS 150 from Houston to Austin bicycle ride benefiting Multiple Sclerosis (17 years) and I also participate in the Run for the Cure Houston marathon benefitting Autism (10 years). I have found both of these events to be very challenging but rewarding. I have made great friends during these events…friends that I hope to have for a lifetime. Also, 2012 brought another joy – I became a Grandfather for the first time and now have three grandchildren! Also, three beautiful and handsome children, now adults! So proud! And, last but foremost, for the last 6 years a beautiful woman who is my perfect ying for my yang!

I was born in Texas but grew up in Bogota, Colombia. I returned to the great state of Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. Degree in Marketing. My background includes 25 years working for a Fortune 500 company, launching and promoting global brands. WHY did I join Rothchild Properties? For more than 40 years, Rothchild Properties has continued to be the most ICONIC and successful brand in real estate! My goal is to be your chosen residential and commercial real estate company.
Leigh Jordan

Born and raised in North East Texas, I lived outside of the Lone Star State for only a few years, in Colorado and Arkansas, respectively, before returning to Texas. My family has been fortunate enough to call Katy home for the past 7yrs, and we’ve embraced our local schools, church family, and community around us - we love it here! My passion is people, so I take my job to heart in supporting our clients and our agents to the best of my ability so that you can make your all-important decisions regarding your home soundly with our team behind you. When not at work, you can find me with my husband, Matt, daughter, Allison, and son Alex and their countless activities that keep my schedule and heart full.

I’m a native Texan through and through, born and raised in Houston. I began my real estate career in 1974 with Rothchild Realty as a means to put myself through dental college and remained a licensed Realtor until 1994. But even as I practiced dentistry, my love of ranching, pastureland, and beautiful outdoor settings never waned. After retiring from dentistry and segueing back to my first love — real estate — I’ve come full circle with the Rothchild Team at Keller Williams. As a pilot and equestrian, I’ve bought and sold personal properties throughout the years, always keeping my finger on the pulse of this unique market. Hello... My name is Daniel Salce, most people pronounce it "Salsa". I am a KATY, TEXAS Native! I have spent my entire life here and remember when Katy was rice fields and dirt bike trails to keep me busy as far as the eyes could see. That being said there really isn't one area of Katy and surrounding Houston area that I am unfamiliar with. I love helping people find the home that best suits their needs and answering questions only a "native"can answer when it comes to getting to know the area. Although I was born in Honduras and raised in New Orleans, I am proud to call Houston my home for the past 17 years! My interest in Real Estate started after working as an Assistant to Custom Home Builders and Designers in the Houston area which led me to join the amazing group at Rothchild Properties LTD. One thing I look forward to is growing and collaborating with my amazing team here at Rothchild Properties for many years to come! I have seen the real estate market go up and down and I have had the pleasure of photographing thousands of homes. My main passion through all of this has been my quality of customer service for our clients. I get to meet every family that trusts us with the sale of their home. I do not take this responsibility lightly. I strive for perfection during the whole process. I enjoy working in a team atmosphere where all the different talents can be used towards a single goal.
